I am a software developer with skills and interests spanning a variety of areas, from high-performance computing to Web applications.

I spent several years focusing on research and software development in the field of high-performance computing (HPC). Specifically, I have worked on performance analysis of HPC applications, in particular those written using a category of programming models called partitioned global-address-space (PGAS) models. This work centered on the Parallel Performance Wizard (PPW) tool, the first and foremost performance tool for PGAS applications.

I also have some experience as a system administrator, having maintained Linux servers and computational resources (e.g., clusters) for a lab with a few dozen active users.

I received the Master of Engineering (Spring 2007) and Bachelor of Science (Spring 2005) degrees in Computer Engineering from the University of Florida.

My research interests include HPC performance analysis, parallel programming models, and the wider area of tools and other support software for effective parallel application development.
